  • What areas does DSM Events serve?

    We are based in Indian Land, SC, and serve nearby areas like Lancaster, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Charlotte, NC. We can also travel further for an additional fee.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes! We require a nonrefundable retainer fee of 50% of the total balance to secure your date.

    The remaining balance can be split into installments, with the full payment due 7 days before your event. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is due immediately and will include an additional Rush Fee.

  • How far in advance do I need to book your services?

    To secure your preferred date, we recommend booking well in advance.

    For bookings made within two weeks of the event, a Rush Fee will apply.

  • Are you able to use balloons that I’ve already purchased?

    We’re unable to use outside balloons, as we rely on trusted vendors to provide the high-quality materials our equipment requires.

  • How long do your balloons last?

    At DSM Events, we use only high-quality balloons and materials, but some may pop or deflate sooner than expected. We cannot guarantee balloon longevity after delivery, as environmental factors like weather, surfaces, pets, and children may affect them. We will gladly replace any balloons that pop during transport or setup.

  • How long does set-up take?

    Most of our designs can be completed in 2 hours or less, depending on the chosen style and number of items ordered. If a specific style requires more time, we will inform you in advance.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The retainer fee is non-refundable, but a credit will be issued that can be applied to any future event within one year. However, if the cancellation or postponement occurs within three days of the scheduled delivery date, no payments will be credited.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    We only accept online payments, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and ACH. After you accept your quote, an invoice will be sent via email with a secure link to submit payment. Once payment is made, you’ll receive a receipt. Please note, we do not accept cash. Along with the invoice, a Balloon Agreement will be provided, which must be signed before we proceed.
